Estoppel Resolution Of The Board Of Directors Of Citrus Springs Village "E" Homeowners Association, Inc.
The following Resolution is made this 10th day of August, 2017 by the Board of Directors (Hereinafter referred to as "Board") of Citrus Springs, Village ''E" Homeowners Association, Inc., a Florida not-for profit corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Citrus Springs, Village "E").
Whereas, pursuant to Section 720.30851, Florida Statutes, Citrus Springs, Village "E" may charge a fee for estoppel certificates, which is payable upon preparation of the certificate.
Now, therefore, upon Motion and a second thereof and after being brought up for discussion, and finally to a vote of the Board, the following resolution was approved and adopted by a majority of the members of the Board in attendance, at the above meeting where a quorum was established:
Citrus Springs, Village "E'"s agents, attorneys and Homeowners Association Board are authorized to charge a fee for the preparation, in whole or part, or in conjunction with each other of an estoppel certificate as follows:
Wetherald & Associates, PA shall be entitled to charge the following for the preparation of an estoppel certificate or for any portion thereof.
