Security Key Card Rules

1. All Security Key Cards are issued in the Homeowner’s name, so the homeowner must initiate and complete the application process.

2. The homeowner must provide a copy of the HUD or closing statement (if one is not already on file).

3. The homeowner must provide proof of ID (if not known by Board).

4. The homeowner’s Master HOA dues must be current.

5. The homeowner must complete the Security Key Card Application.

6. The homeowner and/or homeowner’s renter must comply with all posted

7. The homeowner/resident will not loan his/her Security Key Card to family, friends, etc. who do not live in Citrus Springs Communities. Although, homeowner/resident’s visitors staying at their property may use the homeowner/resident’s ADT Security Key Card.

8. The homeowner/resident agrees to be responsible for any property damage that may occur by themselves or their guests’ inappropriate actions or usage of the Clubhouse Pool, Clubhouse Tennis Court, and Clubhouse Gym.

9. It is the homeowner/resident’s responsibility to notify the CSMHOA if a card is lost or stolen (in order to prevent inappropriate usage). The homeowner/resident agrees to pay a replacement fee for any card that is lost, stolen, or damaged. A replacement card will be issued free of charge for any card that is defective.

10. Any homeowner/resident that violates the above rules will be subject to the Key Security Key Card Violations.
