Moratorium on Metal Roofs RESCINDED MARCH 9, 2023
Pursuant to Article 10.1 and 10.2 of the Master Covenants and Restrictions the Master Board of Directors is installing a moratorium on metal roofs or any roof other than shingle or tile. The Board of Directors along with its ARC (Architectural Review Committee) will do its utmost to expedite a resolution to this matter. This moratorium will be enforced until rescinded by the Board of Directors.
This moratorium was passed by the Board of Directors on March 7, 2013
This moratorium was RESCINDED by the Board of Directors on March 9, 2023
